1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and KLK STUDIO CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the KLKT V mobile and web application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before renewal.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a paid subscription.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective refund policies. The Company does not issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the App — including but not limited to videos, stories, images, music, text, graphics, and the App itself — is owned by or licensed to KLK STUDIO CO., LTD. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without prior written permission from the Company.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute any content from the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or subscription to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or content protection mechanisms.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
