1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and KLK STUDIO CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the KLKT V mobile and web application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please stop using the App immediately.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or use the App for any commercial purpose unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Prices may vary by region and the Company may adjust prices with prior notice.

4. Free Trial (if applicable)

• If a free trial is offered, details will be specified on the subscription page.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited immediately upon purchasing a paid subscription.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. The Company cannot issue direct refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to videos, stories, images, music, text, graphics, UI/UX, system, App source code, and any other elements — is owned by or licensed to KLK STUDIO CO., LTD. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to do the following without prior written permission from the Company:

• Reproduce, copy, download, store, record, or distribute any content.
• Modify or create derivative works from any content.
• Use content commercially or for profit-generating purposes.
• Publicly display or redistribute content to others.

The Company reserves the right to take maximum legal action in all cases of copyright infringement or content copying.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, screenshot, or screen-record any content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or tamper with the system.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or subscription to another person.
• Use the App for any unlawful, rights-violating, or harmful purpose.
• Circumvent any DRM or content protection measures.
• Use bots, scripts, automated programs, or scrapers to access the system.
• Take any action that may damage the system, App, or servers.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the Company collecting, using, processing, or sharing your data as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable PDPA laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy, stability, or freedom from errors.
• Freedom from viruses or other threats.

The Company does not warrant that:

• The App will operate continuously.
• The App will be error-free.
• Issues will be resolved within any specific timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for the following types of damages:

• Indirect damages.
• Incidental damages.
• Special damages.
• Consequential damages.
• Punitive damages.

Whether arising from use, inability to use, or errors in the App's services. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

The Company may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you breach any provision of this Agreement, without prior notice.

Upon termination, you must:

• Stop using the App.
• Delete the App from your devices.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

13. Changes to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The Company will provide notice when significant changes are made.
